Brown ham in olive oil; add pepper flakes and celery. Saute until celery is softened. Add reserved tomato juice-water mixture, tomatoes, carrots and pasta; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cauliflower. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until pasta and cauliflower are just tender. Stir in cheese.
